Arrest Made In Boston's Hoax Device Incident
Boston police say they have made in arrest in connection to the suspicious device scare on Wednesday that turned out to be a marketing ploy for a television cartoon. The reports forced the temporary shutdowns of Interstate 93, Storrow Drive, and a portion of the Charles River.
It boggles the mind that a major city can be shutdown over something like this
